Kee Teck Koon
Chairman
Mr Kee is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (the manager of CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad), and the Non-Executive Chairman of NTUC First Campus Co-Operative Ltd. He also holds directorship positions in CapitaMall Trust Management Limited (the manager of CapitaMall Trust listed on the Singapore Exchange), Changi Airports International Pte Ltd, NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd, and Alexandra Health Endowment Fund.
Mr Kee retired as the Chief Investment Officer of CapitaLand Limited listed on the SGX-ST) on 1 July 2009, a position he assumed since February 2007. Between April 2003 and January 2007, he was responsible for overseeing the CapitaLand group's Financial, Commercial and Retail businesses. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of The Ascott Limited from November 2000 to April 2003. Mr Kee has held senior management appointments with several other organisations. He started his career in 1979 with the Singapore Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defence where he remained until 1991.
Mr Kee holds a Master of Arts in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.
Lee Poh Wah
Director
Lee Poh Wah is the CEO of the Lien Foundation. He leads the development of entrepreneurial practices in philanthropy and has been instrumental in steering the Foundation to advocate better care for the dying and to tackle water woes in Asia. Prior to joining Lien Foundation, Poh Wah was in the civil service, championing the social entrepreneurship movement to enhance vibrancy and financial sustainability in the non-profit sector. He previously held several investment and business development positions in the private sector.

Ng Wun Jern
Director
Ng Wun Jern graduated from Queen Mary College, London University with BSc (Civil Engineering) in 1977, Birmingham University with MSc (Water Resources Engineering) in 1978 and thereafter completed his PhD dissertation on chemical regeneration of activated carbon in 1980. He subsequently conducted post-doctoral research on biotreatment systems at Kyoto University, Japan. He is a registered professional engineer in Singapore. In June 2007 he was appointed founding Executive Director at the Nanyang Environment & Water Research Institute (NEWRI). The NEWRI ecosystem operates with six research centres and a group covering education, research, development, and interface with industry and community for applications and commercialization.

Edmond Lo
Director
Associate Professor of Nanyang Technological University's School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Edmond Lo also heads the Division of Environmental and Water Resources Engineering. He holds this position concurrently with his appointment as Co-Director of the Singapore-Stanford Partnership. Prof Lo serves as a consultant for various hydraulics and coastal projects for the Ministry of Defence, Housing and Development Board and Econ Piling. He has also authored/coauthored over 60 scientific papers and reports.

Marina Tan Harper
Director
The Director of the Development Office of Nanyang Technological University since April 2005, Marina Tan Harper has over 18 years of fundraising experience. In her first year at the university, she led its Development Office to triple the value of funds raised and increase the number of alumni donors 20-fold. Immediately prior to joining NTU, she was Director of Development, Annual and Special Gifts at Northern Kentucky University. In Ohio, she was also Assistant Director of Development with Chatfield College and Development Manager of Cincinnati Ballet.
Mrs Harper's career in development had its roots in her earlier years first as a violist with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, and then Manager of the Vocal Arts Ensemble of Cincinnati before her appointment as Executive Director of Kokomo Symphony Orchestra in Indiana. These appointments in music and arts management included responsibilities in fundraising and paved the way for Mrs. Harper's current career in development.

Ken Tan
Director
Ken is the Founder and Managing Director of PulseSync Pte Ltd, a "purpose driven" IT company that focuses on helping healthcare, life sciences and non-profit organisations. He is also the Founder and Director of Xrgomics Pte Ltd, an EDB Ventures funded company specialising in mobile and interface technology. As an avid technologist, Ken enjoys doing applied research and has published several technical papers relating to human factor and usability, including those for the Human Factor Ergonomics Society (HFES) and Human Services Information technology Applications (HUSITA) and also co-owned several patents in USA and several countries. Ken is a member of the prestigious Microsoft mobility Partner Advisory Council.

Tan Chin Hwee

Mr. Tan is the Asia co-head of Apollo Global Management, a leading global alternative investor. He is voted by the Hedge Fund Journal as among the emerging top 40 absolute return investors globally and is also named as Best Asia Credit Hedge Fund by The Asset. Mr. Tan is honoured as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders 2010. He received a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and graduated with 2nd Class Upper Honours in 1995. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is both an Australian and Singapore-registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has completed a Master programme at Yale University and an Executive programme at Harvard Kennedy School.

Michael Sim

Michael Sim has been a Partner in Ernst and Young, Singapore for the last 17 years. He has over 30 years of experience in auditing and risk advisory services and has served clients in a wide range of industries worldwide. He was the Risk Advisory Business Leader for the Far East Area, which covered 11 countries and employed more than 1,300 professionals providing solutions for business and technology risks, anti-fraud, fraud investigation, actuarial and risks specific to the financial services industry.
While balancing a high profile position in the financial industry, Michael is also actively involved in the community as a Board and Audit Committee member of the Catholic Welfare Services, Singapore, as well as a member of the Catholic Archdiocesan Commission for Missionary Activity.

Steve Puckett
Director
Steve Puckett has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry over more than 30 years, with 20 of those in Asia. A Chartered Engineer (CEng), he is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (FIChemE) and is also a certified leadership coach. Having previously operated at senior corporate levels with regional responsibilities with a major oil company, he is now an advisor to leading energy businesses and is a frequent speaker/chair of international conferences. In 2000, he established Tri-Zen International, an advisory business, which has a primary focus on energy industries in Asia. He also provides strategic advice and services to the private equity, venture capital and corporate communities across Asia.
In Singapore, he is the President of the British Chamber of Commerce and is also Chairman of Singapore Polytechnic's academic advisory board for the Chemical & Life Sciences faculty. He is also an active board member for the Centre for Asian Philanthropy and has a number of other community and business interests.
