Lim Chee Leong
Senior Manager / Country Manager
Chee Leong is trained as a civil engineer with experience in civil engineering designs and research-orientated project development. During his post-doctoral research, he worked closely with Lien Aid in the development and deployment of methods to strengthen buildings against earthquakes. The projects include the rebuilding of village homes in Yunnan and the strengthening of schools following the earthquake in Sichuan. During this time, he was involved in project management and evaluation. From this, he was exposed to development projects and the challenges of undertaking these projects in China.

Sim Sopheak
Deputy Country Manager
Sopheak carries out Lien Aid's field operations in her home country of Cambodia. She has a degree in Management Information System from the National Management University. Previously, she had worked in government agencies and in the private sector.

Maong Darachampich
Technical Officer
Champich is a technical officer with Lien Aid (Cambodia). She obtained a Diploma of Food Technology and Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia in 2009. She has a background in food, agriculture and chemistry. She is responsible for water and sanitation technical improvements including the technical development of drinking water treatment plants, wastewater treatment, latrine design and development and technical performance testing and monitoring of interventions.

Kov Soken
Finance Manager
Soken is a Finance Manager with Lien Aid (Cambodia) working on a part time basis since Nov 2009. Her responsibilities are managing of all finances as well as developing and maintaining financial management systems in the office. She graduated with a degree in Accounting from Royal University of Law and Economic in 2008 as well as completing a short course in Finance Management and Cambodia Accounting Standards. She has previously worked for 5 years with a local NGO starting as a volunteer before progressing to an Admin & Finance Officer in 2006 and finally, an Admin & Finance manager in 2009.
