Chief Executive Officer
Koh Lian Hock is the Chief Executive of Lien Aid. He is responsible for Lien Aid's operations in Singapore and overseas offices. Prior to joining Lien Aid, Lian Hock held business development, investment and management positions in commercial sector.

Lim Chee Leong
Senior Manager
Chee Leong is trained as a civil engineer with experience in civil engineering designs and research-orientated project development. During his post-doctoral research, he worked closely with Lien Aid in the development and deployment of methods to strengthen buildings against earthquakes. The projects include the rebuilding of village homes in Yunnan and the strengthening of schools following the earthquake in Sichuan. During this time, he was involved in project management and evaluation. From this, he was exposed to development projects and the challenges of undertaking these projects in China.

Cecilia Ng
Finance Manager
Cecilia oversees the financial matters in Lien Aid (Singapore) as a part-time staff. In her role, she is in charge of updating accounting related procedures within the office as well as handle all matters related to finance and payroll. Having worked many years in one of the major accounting firms in Singapore as well as spending significant part of her career in the private sector, she has accumulated extensive experience in the field of finance, administration and payroll.

Aisha binte Abdul Rahman
Communications Manager
Aisha joins Lien Aid after working for the public sector in Singapore upon graduating from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences (Sociology) with honours. Her interest in social responsibility was evident throughout her education in Singapore, where she actively pursued opportunities to volunteer for various non-governmental organizations’ projects. More recently, she returned from a 2-month stint in Poland where she joined a group of international trainees for the PEACE 2010 project, organised by AIESEC and Amnesty International. At Lien Aid, she holds the internal and external communications portfolio as its Communications Manager.

Elaine Ho
Programme Support Executive
Elaine provides support to the programme team in Lien AID, namely to the China office. She joined Lien AID after being involved in several humanitarian trips to Yunnan Province, China; and is keen to explore the NGO scene, both locally and internationally. She graduated from Monash University Australia with a Bachelor of Communications.
