Country Manager
Ha's previous experience with UNICEF and Oxfam has seen her develop country strategies and lead operational procedures within the water, environment and sanitation sector. Armed with a Masters in Public Policy, her strengths lie in project management and research analysis. Having grown up in Vietnam, she has a special understanding of its people and culture and has cultivated strong relationships with government agencies and NGOs in Vietnam.

Cao Thi Van Hau
Programme Officer
Hau joined Lien AID (Vietnam) as a Program Officer in 2010. She has accumulated valuable experience in the field of water and wastewater engineering, sanitation and community development through previous positions she held in NGOs and the French Red Cross Delegation to Vietnam. Having obtained a Master Degree in Environmental Engineering and Management from the Asian Institute of Technology, she is using her professional knowledge and experience to carry out field operations of Lien AID’s projects in Vietnam.
Vietnam Office
Lien Aid was set up in 2006 through the Lien Foundation - Nanyang Technological University Environmental Endeavour. The Environmental Endeavour (or EE), established within the Nanyang Environment and Water Research Institute (NEWRI), is a partnership between the Lien Foundation and Nanyang Technological University to advance the provision of clean water and sanitation for the benefit of communities in Asia not yet adequately empowered with sustainable solutions that improve health, alleviate economic stagnation, and mitigate environmental degradation.
