We develop and deploy scalable, replicable, and sustainable programmes that can be adapted to local needs to benefit rural poor communities in Asia. With programme offices staffed by experienced locals in each of the countries we work in, every project is implemented by our local team with the participation and support of the communities and local authorities. Our strong governance structure and processes combined with an intimate understanding of the communities and the larger socio-political environments where we operate in, enable us to deliver projects more efficiently and effectively.
